Sponsorship Agreement for Swap & Shop Networking Event
Event Overview:
The Swap & Shop Networking event, in celebration of National Black Business Month, aims to support and promote Black Women-owned businesses on the Island. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for sponsors participating in the event.
Event Details:
- Date: Wednesday, August 21st
- Time: 630-10 pm (Vendor close time: 930pm)
- Venue: Red Bar Hawaii, 1111 Nuuanu Ave Honolulu, HI
Sponsorship Agreement:
1. Sponsorship Benefits:
- Sponsors do not have to be present at the event.
- The sponsorship fee includes entry to the event.
- All Business sponsors will be advertised at one table offering your business information displays and business cards.
- Sponsors will receive a personalized sponsorship flyer to post on social media.
- The sponsor flyer will be promoted on all Sistahs IN and JustDeedee Services Platforms.
- Sponsors are highly encouraged to post the event flyer on their Instagram and Facebook stories every Tuesday and Thursday leading up to the event.
2. Promotion and Advertising:
- Sponsors' businesses will be prominently displayed and advertised during the event.
- Sponsors will be featured in event promotions across various platforms, including social media and event materials.
3. Cleanliness and Presentation:
- Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that their business information displays and business cards are well-organized and presentable.
4. Indemnity Clause:
- Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, and any associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the event.
5. Liability:
- The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to sponsors' property.
- Sponsors participate at their own risk and are responsible for securing their belongings.
6. Compliance:
- Sponsors must comply with all local laws and regulations.
- Sponsors must follow any additional rules or instructions provided by event organizers.
7. Termination:
- Failure to comply with the terms of this agreement may result in the termination of the sponsor's participation without refund.
