Swap & Shop Networking VENDOR
Event Overview:
The Swap & Shop Networking event, celebrating National Black Business Month, aims to support and promote Black Women-owned businesses on the Island. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for vendors participating in the event.
Event Details:
- Date: Wednesday, August 21st
- Time: 630-10 pm (Vendor close time: 930pm)
- Venue: Red Bar Hawaii, 1111 Nuuanu Ave Honolulu, HI
Vendor Agreement:
1. Vendor Space:
- Each vendor will be allocated 1/3rd of a table.
- Vendors may bring a bin with extra products to go under the table and fill their space as needed.
2. Vendor Fees:
- The standard vendor fee is $77.
- If you choose to donate a product, service, or gift card to the event raffle, your fee will be reduced to $55.
- All vendor fees are final and non-refundable unless a natural act of God occurs, or the event is canceled.
- Vendors may transfer their reservation to another vendor if they have to cancel.
3. Cleanliness and Presentation:
- Vendors must keep their areas clean and presentable at all times.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning up all trash and debris upon closing.
4. Promotion and Advertising:
- Vendors' businesses will be shared and advertised in the promotion of this event.
- Vendors are strongly encouraged to share the event flyer on their Facebook and Instagram stories every Tuesday and Thursday leading up to the event.
5. Indemnity Clause:
- Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, and any associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the event.
6. Liability:
- The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendors' property.
- Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for securing their belongings.
7. Compliance:
- Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations.
- Vendors must follow any additional rules or instructions provided by event organizers.
8. Termination:
- Failure to comply with the terms of this agreement may result in the termination of the vendor's participation without refund.
